If you are unhappy with your purchase from the Hollywood Hat Lounge, we will be happy to accept a return , or exchange of your item within 20 days of original receipt of purchase. Online orders Only . Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition, with tags still attached. Please do not remove any tags.
Please e-mail Ellen @hollywoodhatlounge.com We will research your purchase and send you back an authorization number, so you can return your item. Please inform us of the reason you are returning the item,such as wrong size, wrong color, etc.
Return Merchandise will qualify for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise. Sorry we cannot refund the shipping costs. If you exchange for a different item, we will pay for the Domestic Ground Shipping for the new item to be shipped to you. USA Only.
Damaged Merchandise
If you receive a damaged hat, please contact us at hollywoodhatlounge@gmail.com and we will file a claim with the shipper. Please save the box to verify damages. In cases of damaged merchandise we will refund the full amount.
