Shipping Options

We offer 3 UPS shipping options: 

$5.00 per item shipping  UPS Ground shipment within the Continental United States.

1. UPS Ground
2. UPS Air 2-Day
3. UPS Air Overnight

Unless you specify otherwise, we ship UPS Ground to all street addresses in the continental U.S. Please allow 3 to 8 business days for delivery. Unfortunately, on occassion, we may be out of stock on a particular  item and we will have to special order it for you . If that is the case, we will notify you immediately regardinging the situation and  date of delivery, giving you the option of either allowing us  the additional time or opting out with a full refund. 

We are happy to expedite your order via UPS Air Overnight. To insure you have your hat by the weekend you should place your order no later than Thursday, 12:00 PM PST.

Please note: We do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

Addresses in HI and AK must be shipped using:

1. UPS Air 2-Day
2. UPS Air Overnight

UPS does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
UPS does not deliver 2-day shipments on holidays or weekends.
*We do not deliver to APO addresses at this time.

For Canadian Orders we ship using only:

1. UPS Ground*
* Also The payment of duties and taxes is the responsibility of the importer.
Brokerage fees for orders under $200 CAD will pay $10 CAD, higher orders
will pay a discounted but slightly higher rate.

We process and ship orders by 12:00 PM PST Monday thru Friday. When your order has shipped from our warehouse you will be e-mailed a confirmation and UPS Tracking Number.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform UPS of special delivery instructions or change of address.
