What started in 1991 as a desire to bring fresh, unique designs to specialty retailers across the U.S. has developed  into a large offering of fun hats sold all over the world. Begun with a true desire to bring joy and laughter to everyone Elope touched.  After all, Elope's name is an acronym for "Everybodys Laughing on  Planet Earth."
